Internet Explorer

1. Start Internet Explorer

2. On the top right, click on the gear-wheel Tools icon, then click Internet Options

3. Click on the Privacy tab

4. Change the slider setting to Medium as shown in the picture.

5. If that does not work, click the Advanced button & check the mark in the box for Override Automatic Cookie Handling, and Always accept session cookies box

6. Click OK

7. Click OK

8. Restart Internet Explorer

1. Select the gear-wheelicon on the top right, and click Preferences

2. Switch to the Security tab, and choose Always or Only from sites I visit.

  1. Click on the Firefoxbutton on the top left, and the choose Options

2. At the bottom of the page, click on Show advanced settings....
